Melissa Goolsby
Melissa Goolsby
Melissa Goolsby is the owner of Across the Board Therapy Group. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University Montgomery in 1999. She began her career as a Speech Therapist in January 2000 in the public school district. She went on to obtain her Master of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in 2004. In 2014, Melissa completed the requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
In her 20 year career, Melissa has worked in a variety of settings including school, home health, and private clinics. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys gardening, kayaking, and time with her family.

Tracey Rhodes

Tracey is originally from South Alabama and is so excited to finally be a Florida girl! She brings over 20 years of diversified healthcare experience to ATB including Lean Process Improvement and Studer Group patient experience fundamentals. Tracey studied Mathematics at Troy University. She uses her love of numbers and processes to help streamline billing and denial management for ATB.
Her husband is a coach and teacher at Navarre High School. In her spare time you can find Tracey at a ball field cheering for her three kids and husband or at a beach enjoying the sand and sun.

Hayden Davis

Hayden Davis is a Speech/Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Masters Degree in communication disorders from the University of South Alabama and completed coursework for her BCBA at the University of West Florida. Hayden has 20 years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and children with varied abilities and needs. Hayden specializes in verbal behavior, aphasia, and social pragmatic language. She has experience treating disorders of language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and voice. She enjoys spending time with her 2 beautiful daughters, her 2 awesome dogs, and her mediocre cat. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, and golfing.

Mandi Pinto

Mandi’s a speech language pathologist who received her Bachelor & Masters of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Montevallo. For 25 years, she has worked with adults and pediatrics at private clinics, public/private schools, and in-home healthcare. She covers all areas of speech from the belly to the brain. This involves swallowing, respiratory, cognition, language, articulation, voice and alternative / augmentative communication. She loves spending time with her family. She has a daughter in Pensacola and a son at Troy University. Her long distance loves are 2 daughters, 1 son and 5 grandchildren in Idaho as well as a son in Arizona and a daughter in Oregon. Speech therapy is her passion, the beach and playing golf are hobbies, but helping her husband do the hermit crab races at Crabs on Pensacola Beach is her full time fun!

Julia has been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist since 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Arkansas. Julia has worked in a variety of settings including schools, preschools, private clinics, home health and hospitals.
Julia is trained in sensory processing, Alert program, Wilberger Deep Pressure Protocol (Brushing), Handwriting without Tears, and Brain Gym. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies, hiking, and the beach.

Sharon Stewart is a Speech/Language Pathologist, entrepreneur, and speaker. She received her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of South Alabama. She has over 30 years of professional and clinical experience. Her clinical experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and children with varied abilities and needs with clinical specialty in social/pragmatic language, augmentative communication, language, and articulation/phonology, etc.
Sharon is a leader in her industry with professional experience and services to include, but not limited to, leadership training, program development, mentorship, collaboration, clinical training, and speaking. Her personal mission is to add value to whomever she has the opportunity to serve.

Jenia Johnson

Originally from New Orleans, Jenia served as a behavior technician since 2014. She graduated summa cum laude from Capella University in 2016, Masters in Psychology and emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. She passed her Board Certification exam in May 2016 and continued in the field as a BCBA. Jenia is experienced with patients 20 months to 19 years and has worked in clinic, home, and school settings. She has 3 beautiful children and a US Air Force-retiree husband. When she isn’t working, she loves being outdoors with her family and enjoying the pool or the beautiful Navarre beaches.

Erin was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science in 2017 from Central College in Pella, IA. She then received her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2020 from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Erin has worked primarily in pediatrics with the Autism population and children with developmental delays.

Dr. Kalli Donaway Clement has been a Speech Language Pathologist for over 10 years. She is a specialist in swallowing and feeding problems and developing treatment programs to solve the problems experienced by children and adults who have neurological diagnoses.
Kalli is active in local and national Speech Language Pathology associations, and is actively involved in training new Speech Language Pathologists. Kalli graduated with her doctorate in Medical Speech Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Elizabeth was raised in Dothan, Alabama and received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2019. She then went on to Jacksonville University to obtain her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2022. Elizabeth has an interest in parent education and enjoys working with the pediatric population.
In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys reading, spending time on the beach, and enjoying time with her husband and her dog Oakley.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University, Mariette completed a Master’s in Health Education & Promotion from The University of West Florida. She taught high school science until she found her true calling in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Mariette has worked with adults and children with various disabilities and diagnoses, in diabetes research & health education, and loves helping students reach their full potential.
Mariette grew up in a military family and has lived in the gulf coast off and on throughout her childhood. She lives in Gulf Breeze with her husband and 3 daughters. In her free time she enjoys scuba diving, taking her girls to the beach, and playing with her dog, Pickles.

Dr. Sindhu Mayland

With over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Sindhu brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her work. She earned her Post Professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021, further enhancing her advanced clinical knowledge. Sindhu’s career has taken her across diverse settings including outpatient clinics, rehab centers, schools, and home health, with professional experience in Alaska, Idaho, and Florida.
Her work spans a wide range of patient populations, particularly children with conditions such as Torticollis, Down’s Syndrome and other genetic conditions, Autism, Developmental Delay, and various orthopedic conditions. She has developed specialized skills in treating both adults and children, including stroke rehabilitation using Neuro Developmental Technique (NDT), reflex integration, and is a certified RockTape practitioner. Sindhu is also certified in Total Motion Release (TMR), Levels 1, 2, and 3, which is a specialized technique used to identify and treat postural asymmetries and restrictions in range of motion, decrease pain, and promote overall mobility and function.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sindhu is deeply passionate about health and wellness in all aspects of life. When she’s not working with patients, you can find her hiking, practicing yoga, or enjoying quality time with her dogs. Her commitment to fostering dogs highlights her nurturing spirit, both professionally and personally.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016. After college I moved to Fairbanks, Alaska and worked as a Speech Language Pathologist-Assistant for 5 years before I received my Masters degree in Communicative Science & Disorders from New York University in 2021. I love working with the pediatric population and work to make therapy a fun and rewarding experience for clients and their families. I feel passionate about speech sound disorders, early language development, and AAC. Outside of work I enjoy traveling with my husband, taking my dogs to the beach, and working out.

Bailey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2022. During her graduate training, she discovered her passion for pediatric physical therapy, gaining hands-on experience with children across a range of diagnoses. She also treated adults in both outpatient and acute care hospital settings, further expanding her skill set.
Bailey is particularly skilled in reflex integration techniques, which she uses to enhance patient outcomes. She is certified in Total Motion Release (TMR) Levels 1, 2, and 3, a specialized technique designed to identify and treat postural asymmetries, range-of-motion limitations, and pain. Sarah gained her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University in 2018.
Sarah began her career in speech pathology working in an outpatient rehabilitation facility in Waco, Texas. She then moved back to her hometown of Navarre to work at Across the Board in 2020. Sarah loves all things speech, language, and feeding. Sarah is passionate about gestalt language processing, speech sound disorders, feeding therapy, and using music in therapy sessions to improve language skills. She loves to watch babies progress from breast/bottle feeding, to starting solids and beyond, and loves to help parents with practical feeding tips.
In her free time, Sarah loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and baby boy. She enjoys reading, playing guitar, singing, and cooking.

Anna has been working with kids since she was 15 years old. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of West Florida, she began working as an RBT and immediately fell in love with the field. She received her Master’s in ABA at the University of West Florida and became a BCBA beginning of 2022. Anna’s areas of interest include skill acquisition, trauma informed care, and Gestalt Language Processing. When not at work, Anna can be found spending time with her cat Cleo or planning her next trip to Disney World.

Robin is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Therapist with extensive experience in providing high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of New Orleans and holds a master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education & Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. Robin is currently preparing for the BCBA exam and is excited to achieve her goal of becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst so that she can continue to make a positive impact in the lives of children by helping them reach their full potential. In her spare time, Robin enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and going to the beach!
